Fluoropolymer POLYFLON / NEOFLON |
Fluoropolymers are widely used in semiconductor manufacturing applications because of their superior heat, chemical and weather resistance and superior electrical properties as well as their unique non-adhesive and low friction properties.

Fluoroelastomer DAI-EL |
DAI-EL fluoroelastomer products provide excellent high temperature and aggressive fluids resistance for sealing and fluid transport applications in chemical processing and other harsh sealing environments. |

Fluoropolymer coatings |
Fluoropolymer coatings remarkably improve or modify original properties of several surfaces. Daikin fluoropolymer coatings have solutions for giving heat resistance, chemical resistance, non-stick property and low friction. |

PTFE media (membrane filter media) |
Our PTFE media is a high-performance air filter that generates very little boron, which causes contamination in the semiconductor manufacturing process. The amount of other outgassing is very small, so it helps to protect the environment of semiconductor manufacturing facilities. |

Etching gas |
Daikin provides a high-purity dry etching gas used in semiconductor manufacturing plants. Our dry etching gas is consistently produced from raw materials to finished products, contributing to stable supply and quality of customer's manufacturing. |

Daikin PFA for additive manufacturing (under development) |
Daikin has developed a fluoropolymer PFA suitable for additive manufacturing using powder bed fusion (PBF) method. |

Environment-friendly fluorinated solvent (under development) |
Our environment-friendly fluorinated solvent has a low GWP and zero ozone depletion potential. It has the same performance as conventional fluorin-based solvents. In addition, it can be used safely since the exposure limit is 500ppm, and also it is non-flammable with no flash point for safe handilng. |
