DEMNUM fluorinated oil
DEMNUM is a perfluoropolyether oil with a linear molecular chain structure developed using DAIKIN’s proprietary technology. It has extremely high thermal and chemical stability and is ideally suited for applications in which a lubricating oil requires a high degree of purity and cleanliness. It is commonly used as a vacuum pump oil in semiconductor and other critical applications.
